The Northeast Oklahoma Kennel Club will hold its 1st annual Responsible Dog Ownership Day, as proclaimed by the Grove City Council and Mayor this coming Saturday, September 20th at their training facility. Located 1.5 North of the highway 10/25 Junction. Hours are between 10:00 A.M. and 2:00 P.M.
