MENOMONIE - Mickey Mueller is hoping to take a bite out of the number of lonely and bored dogs and improve harmony between pets and their owners. Mueller, a former director of the Dunn County Humane Society, recently opened Waggin Tails Doggie Daycare at 2119 S. Broadway St.
