WARREN — John Frank Baldwin, 53, departed this life Saturday, May 24, 2008, at St. Elizabeth Health Center, Boardman, after complications. He was born Aug. 29, 1954, in Warren, the son of Tom Frank Sr. and Juanita Caldwell Baldwin.
