Dog Training

The City of Carmi has issued a $433,750 check to The Phoenix Foundation from the city’s revolving loan fund; the money will be used as operating expenses for the foundation’s Phoenix Rehabilitation & Nursing center here. Enfield has a new utilities superintendent, and the village board has raised water rates. Carmi Lions learned Tuesday night about guide dog training.
