A seminar on dog behavior will be held at Clarkstown Town Hall at 7 p.m. tomorrow. At the event, called “Dog Bite Prevention,” Kerry Potter-Kotecki from Doggone Safe Inc. will provide information on basic dog body language. She will also offer tips to promote safe, dog-friendly communities.
