More than 400 people have applied to adopt the dogs seized from a home in Cherry Grove, an official said. At least five of the 150 dogs seized from Carolyn Ohlhauser’s home have already been adopted, said Susan Field, spokeswoman for the Bonnie L. Hays Small Animal Shelter in Hillsboro.
