DANVILLE – Every dog may have his day, but how about a day in the park? Next month, a group of volunteers and owners of canine-related businesses are hosting “Dog Day in the Park” at Ellsworth Park in Danville as a fundraising event for the Danville Police Department’s K-9 unit.
