Moses the dog returned home to his friends at Eben Ezer Lutheran Care Center in Brush as a new dog Tuesday afternoon. The facility’s 8-month-old puppy got home after serving about six weeks at Brush’s High Plains Correctional Facility, where he completed the Prison Trained K9 Program.
The first session of a dog obedience class offered by FUR-ever Friends was postponed until Saturday, April 19. The class was supposed to begin last weekend, but the weather was not good, said founder Betty Eubanks.
