PARAGOULD — The Northeast Arkansas Dog Training Club had to go through a lot during the past five years to become sanctioned by the American Kennel Club (AKC), said Dick Hefner, one of the club’s founders, and to be able to hold sanctioned dog shows like the one held at the Greene County Fairgrounds this weekend.
