Canine celebration (Post-Tribune)
WESTVILLE — Canines and their owners traveled to Bluhm County Park on Sunday to raise funds for two dog-loving programs. Prison Tails operates through the Westville Correctional Facility, while Mixed Up Mutts Inc. is a not-for-profit organization that finds adoptive homes for dogs.
