MANITOWOC Dog Obedience Training, sponsored by the Manitowoc County Dog Committee, a program of the Manitowoc County University of Wisconsin-Extension, will begin with orientation at 7 p.m., Monday, April 23. It will be held in the Exhibition Building (across from the horse barns) at the Manitowoc County Expo grounds, 5201 Vista Road.
