SENATH, Mo. — Cherie Graves, chairman of the Responsible Dog Owners of the Western States, located in Washington state, contacted the Daily Dunklin Democrat in reference to the recent Senath city council story, when the board of aldermen met to consider passing a dangerous dog ordinance, prepared by the city’s attorney, Johnny Dalton.
